It also describes how we protect the security of information. “Personal Information” as used in this Privacy Policy refers to information that personally identifies you, such as your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address and Internet Protocol (IP) address. Revisions

Because our business needs may change over time, we reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy. Collection of Information

Tenant Check collects different types of Personal Data about you while using the Services. We collect this Personal Data in various ways, including:

Personal Information

When you create an account with Tenant Check, you supply us with Personal Information such as name, mailing address, email address, phone number and company name. Such sensitive information is only shared for the purpose of providing the Services you request or as consented for and will not be shared or used by us for any other purposes.

We also collect information necessary to use the Services and in the forms you fill out including:

• Username, password, and other login information.

• Your current address and contact information.

• Rental history and other relevant information you provide to us such as income, pets, smoking status, etc.

• Identification information such as drivers license, social security number, pay stubs, and other documents you provide.

• Information associated with a property listing or landlord account.

• Credit information and social security number when you direct us to obtain your credit report.

• Information available from publicly available records.

• Payment history and communications with landlords or tenants made through our Services.

• Usage information automatically collected when you access our Website or Services.

• Any other information you provide us.

You may also provide information to be published or “posted” on public areas of the Website in connection with an application for or subscription to the Services, or transmitted to other users of the Website or third parties (collectively, “User Contributions”). Your User Contributions are posted on the Website and transmitted to others at your own risk. Additionally, we cannot control the actions of other users of the Website with whom you may choose to share your User Contributions. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that your User Contributions will not be viewed by unauthorized persons.

Do Not Track Signals. The Website does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. Third party applications and plugins, such as social media integration, may treat DNT signals differently.

No Information From Children Under Age 13. TurboTenant’s Website is not directed to people under the age of 18 and, therefore, we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from someone under the age of 18, we will promptly delete that information.

California

This section explains how we collect, use, and disclose Personal Data about users, customers, and visitors who reside in California (“consumers” or “you”). It also explains certain rights afforded to consumers under California’s Shine the Light law and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”), as revised and updated by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”). Verification

• We will confirm that you want your information accessed, corrected, and/or deleted.

• We will respond to your request within 45 days upon receipt of your request. If necessary, we may need an additional period of time, up to another 45 days, but we will reply either way within the first 45-day period and, if we need an extension, we will explain why.

For example, if we cannot verify your identity, the law requires that we maintain the information, or if we need the information for internal purposes such as providing Services or completing an order. If we deny your request, we will explain why we denied it and delete any other information that is not protected and subject to denial.

Tenant Check discloses for a business purpose information to the following third parties:

1. Sub-processors, such as cloud hosting websites or payment processors, to facilitate the functioning of the Website.

2. Credit Bureaus, to obtain credit reports or report information when requested by subscriber.

3. Marketing services, to provide relevant advertising to potential and existing customers.
